The CE62IESC features 12 highly efficient sheath elements that are evenly spaced to provide even distribution of heat. Modern Digital thermostat for precise temperature control and Solid state relay for silent operation. Plus, a unique top deck heat control which allows you to balance each oven. Deck size is 42 x 32 x 7(4)
